Nicole J. Curio joined the firm in 2022.  She concentrates her practice in the area of public and private sector labor relations and employment law.  Ms. Curio has extensive experience representing public and private entities in collective negotiations, grievance hearings, disciplinary matters and numerous personnel matters.  Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Curio practiced with a law firm in Vineland for over 11 years where she served as labor counsel for many municipalities, conducted employment investigations and provided employee trainings on harassment in the workplace.

Ms. Curio has represented clients before the New Jersey Public Employment Relations Commission, the New Jersey Department of Labor, the New Jersey Office of Administrative Law, the Superior Court of New Jersey and the Civil Service Commission.  Ms. Curio has also been a panelist for employment matters at the Public Employment Relations Commission annual conference.

Ms. Curio was admitted to the bar in 2009 after earning her law degree from Rutgers University School of Law in Camden (J.D.) and her undergraduate degree from Penn State University (B.A., 2004).  Ms. Curio served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Francis J. Orlando, Assignment Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Camden County.
