Kyle Weinberg became a partner with the firm in 2021 and has been an associated with the firm since 2014. Since joining the firm, Mr. Weinberg’s main area of practice has been labor and employment law. With the firm serving as labor counsel for multiple public entities, Mr. Weinberg has extensive experience in dealing with personnel matters, as well as, contract interpretation/disputes, and ensuring employers are compliant with regulations set forth by local, state, and federal government. Mr. Weinberg also handles complex civil litigation at both state and federal level, municipal and criminal defense, and zoning and planning matters. He is currently the Solicitor for Dennis Township and the Municipal Prosecutor for Cape May City. He is also the former Solicitor of the Woodbine Port Authority. He earned his J.D. in 2012 from Barry University School of Law and his B.S. in 2007 from Arizona State University. He was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar (2013) as well as the United States District Court, District of New Jersey (2014).
